View the Full Conference Agenda Jonathan Worsley asked Ahmed Ramdan why this initiative was important: JW: Ahmed your group, Roya International is swamped with work. Why are you beginning this time consuming outreach program? AR:  All good opportunities need investments, time and energy to make it happen.  This is a critical issue for the future of MENA hospitality and we want to really open the discussion. JW:  Local recruiting is always a priority but has not been very successful-how will this change that? AR:  We have to introduce the benefits of the hospitality industry directly to the students- frankly- most of them don't know that you don't have to go to hotel school to have a great career in hospitality. JW:  Is this the start of something big? Sustainable? AR:  We think so but to find out-come to the symposium!
