Ethiopian ICT Annual Conference 2014 (EICTAC 2014)

Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT) is pleased to announce the 7^th ICT Conference, which will be held in Addis Ababa, in parallel with the 7^th ICT Exhibition, Bazaar and Conference. This conference will serve as a forum for the sharing of innovative ideas and good practices in ICT.  It is also hoped that it will provide delegates with the opportunity to exchange knowledge, new ideas and research approaches.

Areas of Interest

The conference seeks papers in all aspects of Information and Communication Technology including but not limited to the following topics:

Ø  ICT for Education

Ø  ICT for Micro and Small Enterprises

Ø  ICT for Socio Economic Development

Submission of Full Papers

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of not more than six pages in standard IEEE double-column format via the email address provided below. A peer review process will be used to evaluate all papers submitted. All papers accepted will be published in the conference proceedings.

This young, friendly guide knows his city well. He was born and raised in the old town of Harar. Highly recommended.

Restaurant – Fresh Touch (just down from the Ras Hotel)
This restaurant has tables both outside in an enclosed courtyard and inside. Traditional Ethiopian cuisine was popular with the locals as well as international (the pizzas were very good).

Lalibela
Hotel: Tukul Village Hotel – clean, excellent location, friendly staff.

Gondar
